AHAB are a pair of singer-songwriters that got together after a chance meeting in London to produce some of the best new folk-americana around.

Callum Adamson and Dave Burn have a knack for producing memorable hooks set against gentle, acoustic melancholia. The earnest vocal styling sounds like it was recorded in the depth of night, with only guitars and underplayed percussion for company. Deep and honest lyrics set their songwriting apart from their peers.

Their debut five-song EP, called simply ep1, is the perfect introduction to AHAB and their CSN&Y harmonies. This one is a definite grower ....
