The debut album from California's Earl Brothers is Whiskey, Women & Death which pretty much sums up the subject matter of this 4-piece bluegrass-old-time outfit.

The band have been picking up rave reviews for their neo-traditional approach which takes a minimalist slant on the music, leaving spaces giving a very modern, almost avant-garde feel to the album.
