This 2007 release sees two of Tom T Hall's Mercury albums from the early 1970s remastered and made available on a single album. We All Got Together And ... plus The Storyteller are two of Hall's finest recordings.

Most people will recognise Old Dogs,Children and Watermelon Wine, with the line about 'Watching Ironside on TV' being a familiar one to fans of a certain age group! Miniature gems are included such as the acerbic She Gave Her Heart to Jethro (and her body to the whole damn world)

Tom T. Hall is one of American country music's greatest songwriting treasures, and this set is a fine introduction to the man who wrote Harper Valley P.T.A. and I Miss a Lot of Trains.
