The Gibson Brothers are writer, banjoist, and vocalist Eric Gibson and writer, guitarist, and vocalist Leigh Gibson. The Father-and-son team of Junior Barber on Resophonic guitar and son Mike Barber on acoustic bass make up the foursome from upstate New York.
Close-knit harmony in the style of the Louvin Brothers with a solid bluegrass grounding, the Gibson Brothers have been developing their reputation over the last decade, enjoying a label deal with Sugar Hill Records for their 2008 release Iron and Diamonds.
