Teddy Thompson
Teddy Thompson was born in 1976, the son of folk-rock musicians Richard and Linda Thompson. At the age of 18 Thompson moved to Los Angeles to pursue his music career.
In 2000 he released his self-titled debut album and toured as part of Rosanne Cash's band. Thompson's second full length album Separate Ways was released in 2005 featuring close friends Rufus and Martha Wainwright.
In 2006, he participated in I'm Your Man, a film tribute to Leonard Cohen, contributing interviews and covering some of Cohen's work. Another covers project, Up Front & Down Low was released in 2007, this time with Thompson turning his hand to country standards.
