Jill King - Somebody New

Still enjoying the creative freedom of being an independent artist, Jill King co-produced her sophomore album, Somebody New, with the talented A-list engineer Derek Bason. 2004 resulted in a series of awards on the back of Jill's debut album Jillbilly, and the wait is finally over for her follow-up.

Today, for Jill King, it's still about the music in the way it was for her debut, Jillbilly in 2003. She can bring back-porch intimacy to capacity crowds and big stage entertainment to back-porch get-togethers.

Grouping together some of the best writers and pickers in country music today Somebody New again features Jill's strong, emotion-laden voice.

'The more I can reach people, the more people I can reach. The more albums I can get out there, the more I can make a difference. I have a God-given voice, and an intense love for writing, performing, and sharing music. I hope you enjoy listening!' ~ Jill King
