Wilco - Sky Blue Sky [Deluxe CD+DVD]

Since forming from the ashes of Uncle Tupelo in 1994 Wilco have succeeded in delighting their fans with their brave and experimental sounds, moving away from their alt.country beginnings.

Their 2007 release Sky Blue Sky sees Wilco becoming more restrained, mellow even, with a return to their Americana roots. This collection is more of a straightforward rock-folk affair, mixed with a hint of seventies California rock.

Sky Blue Sky is a mature album, still full of brash guitar solos, but more cohesive than some of their recent work.

This Deluxe Edition features a bonus DVD containing more than 45 minutes of footage of the band performing songs from Sky Blue Sky and interview segments with all six band members.
