Remedy Motel - Remedy Motel

Remedy Motel have been around for some years and this their fourth release. The band take the The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Steve Earle, Willie Nelson and The Tractors to deliver some 'radio-friendly, porch rock'. Even more worrying is that the band returned home to the deserts of southern Utah for inspiration - well it certainly beats the country cottage in Wales!

Remedy Motel play southern boogie, ballads, bluegrass, honky tonk and west coast rock with honed down harmonies (CSN are in their somewhere). Most of the songs are tinged with regret about building a life with the love you found on your back porch, only to watch it all disappear. ~ Full Review at Americana UK
