Reflected: Greatest Hits Vol.2
Tim McGraw released his second Greatest Hits collection in 2006. Reflected as the collection is sometimes known, also features four previously unavailable tracks, which is either a bonus for fans, or a method of extracting more money from his fans by the label, depending on your viewpoint.
What can't be argued with is the absolute quality of the tracks on Greatest Hits Vol.2. McGraw has managed to defy the odds and produce consistently great music with more than a passing nod towards the roots of country, which is something that can't always be said about many of his peers.
The brilliance of Live Like You Were Dying opens the set, passes through his dance period with Nelly, and his great interpretation of Ryan Adams' When The Stars Go Blue. If you haven't already become acquainted with one of country's bigest stars, then this is as good a place as any to start.
