Paul Burch drifts in and out of country sounding like a younger Jimmie Dale Gilmore. His albums contain folky pop, country and twang in equal measures together with some authentic bluegrass.
On his East To West album, Burch teams up with Ralph Stanley, no less under the watchful eye in the studio of another confirmed fan, Mark Knopfler. American music, but with a unique British slant.
