Only Lonely Girl
Rachel Proctor gained praise from the highest authority for her 2004 song Me and Emily, a song about domestic abuse, which became an anthem for abused women across the world and earned praise from President Bush and Senator Kerry no less.
Rachel has written songs for Tanya Tucker, Kenny Loggins, Katrina Elam and Blake Shelton, plus penning one of Martina McBride's greatest hits, Where Would You Be.
Not content with her songwriting prowess for others, the one-time child star released her second CD Only Lonely Girl in 2006, a mini-album highlighting her strong contemporary country, bluesy voice. And of course those songwriting skills.
