Believe it all not, Blaine Larsen started recording tracks for this album at the unlikely age of 15. By the time he had reached 19 years old, in 2005, Off To Join The World had been unleashed on the country music buying public, gaining a large amount of media interest in such a young and talented artist.

First impressions are very often misleading, a look at the cover and you would think he is about 14 and still not shaving. Have a listen to the music and prepare for a surprise, his rich baritone vocal sounding very similar to his musical idol George Strait.

Blaine had a hand in the song writing on five of the eleven tracks establishing himself as a creditable writer, with an assured future in the music world.
