Miranda Lambert was a finalist on the Nashville Star TV show in 2003, and went on to debut at number 1 in the country charts with her album Kerosene.
Miranda's music has more depth than many of her contemporaries, and writes her own material. The music itself has a traditional sound about it, but at the same time is clearly modern in its approach.
