Mike Auldridge is one of the premier Dobro players working in the field of Bluegrass and Folk music. He joined the Seldom Scene in 1971, and remained with them until the mid nineties, before rejoining the setup following multiple personnel changes in 2002. Seldom Scene were pioneers of the Newgrass movement.
As a session player Auldridge has worked for Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris amongst many others.
