Amie Comeaux - Memories Left Behind

21 year-old Amie Comeaux was a talented and bright singer-songwriter, tragically killed in 1997 in a road accident. A bright future was predicted for the Louisiana born artist, making the loss even more poignant.

Amie released her bebut album Moving Out in 1994, and her album A very Special Angel turned out to be a posthumous release on 1998. Memories Left Behind released in 2006 contains the last 10 songs recorded before Amie's passing, and is a bittersweet reminder of the enormous talent that was never fully realised.

Amie Comeaux' remembrance is now complete, and this collection of top quality country-pop is the last we will hear from her. Tracks like Keeping On and Make No Promises Tonight reflect on failed relationships, and the non-original A Rose By Any Other Name is a standout tale of a girl taking to the streets to escape shame in her home at the hands of her father.
