The music on Little Village, the self-titled album from the one-off supergroup consisting of guitarists John Hiatt and Ry Cooder, bassist Nick Lowe and drummer Jim Keltner, is more John Hiatt than any of the other three.

Laid-back roots-rock, highlighted by the catchy single Solar Sex Panel, Nick Lowe's rocker Take Another Look, the ballads Do You Want My Job, Big Love and Don't Think About Her When You're Trying To Drive, and the FM radio standart Don't Go Away Mad. are pretty good highlights of this small slice of rock history.
