Life Goes On
Unavailable for since the late nineties and never released in the United States, Life Goes On is the 1993 release, and was the last album recorded by the Desert Rose Band.
With its prophetic album title song Life Goes On, this may have been the Desert Rose Band's best album.
Most of the songs were co-written by Chris Hillman, which were and are some of his best ever. He was joined by original members Herb Pedersen on harmony vocals and Bill Bryson on bass with then new members, Tom Brumley (legendary steel player with Buck Owens and Rick Nelson), Jeff Ross on lead guitar and Tim Grogan, drums.
Returning to their original producers, they were joined by special guests Sam Bush, Tony Rice, Al Perkins and original band member John Jorgenson.
