 Leftover Salmon is a loose collective of musicians in the fashion of the Cheese String Incident, and similarly influences veer off into jazz and rock. A bunch of famous names tend to drop in on the recordings, Del McCoury and Randy Scruggs, are regulars, but the likes of Taj Mahal and Lucinda Williams are more surprising choices.
