Jimmy Wayne had a very traumatic childhood with a period of homeless and fending for himself on the streets but eventually he finally found stability with a foster family and this meant he was able to follow his love of music whilst completing his high school education.
Wayne worked at a prison while studying at college and a chance meeting led him to develop his songwriting. skills and eventually he worked as a writer at Acuff-Rose and co-wrote Tracy Byrd’s hit Put Your Hand In Mine A record contract with Dreamworks saw his self-tilted debut album released in 2003 ~ countrymusicfile
