Jason Aldean co-wrote three of the eleven songs on his self-titled debut, with the radio-friendly feel put together by producer Michael Knox.
The album includes Jason's first single, Hicktown, an anthem for the way-off-the-interstate nation, not only capturing the pride and the humor of the blue-collar crowd, but was written by John Rich and Big Kenny of Big & Rich.
It's easy to see why this newcomer scored an immediate success, with fans of Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban guaranteed to enjoy this fine debut.
