Val Marshall - If I Had My Time Again

Val Marshall started songwriting and playing at Open Mics in her home city in the North of England some three years ago. Some of the finest local talent have joined up with Val on her 2007 self-released debut album If I Had My Time Again.

Musicians on the album included Neil Kirton (bass), Dave Holley (Electric/slide guitarist extraordinaire) and Dave Watts (violin). If I Had My Time Again is a rich mixture of ballads, acoustic and country rock - Val wears her inluences of Neil Young and Joni Mitchell proudly on her sleeve.

Kevin Montgomery, Bob Cheevers, Tommy Womack and the BBC's Bob Harris count themselves as fans of this vibrant and passionate singer-songwriter. Expect a touch of country alongside a dash of acoustic rock.
