Neil Diamond - Home Before Dark

Neil Diamond's second album with producer Rick Rubin is Home Before Dark led by the single Pretty Amazing Grace. The CD also features a duet with the Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines on Another Day (That Time Forgot).

As with 2005's 12 Songs, in addition to Rubin, Diamond collaborated with Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell and keyboardist Benmont Tench. A new addition to the lineup this time is guitarist Matt Sweeney, best known for fronting indie rock outfit Chavez.

Less intimate than 12 Songs, Home Before Dark is still Diamond stripped down to the basics with a less bombastic approach than on some of his earlier works.
