Hank Locklin

Hank Locklin was born in the Florida Panhandle, and is one of country music's great tenor Honky Tonk singers.

At the age of 90 in 2008, Locklin is the oldest living member of the Grand Ole Opry and recently released his 65th album, By the Grace of God, a collection of gospel songs.

Locklin's biggest hits include Send Me the Pillow That You Dream On, Geisha Girl, and Please Help Me I'm Falling, which also went to No. 8 on the pop music charts.

Locklin enjoys a strong following in Europe, and his popularity in Ireland was such that in 1963 he recorded Irish Songs Country Style, which was eventually re-released over 40 years later.
