Dillard and Clark

Dillard & Clark were former Byrd Gene Clark and Doug Dillard of the Dillards: one of the first country-rock groups from the late sixties, which fell apart after releasing only two albums.

The Fantastic Expedition of Dillard & Clark, released in 1968 featured Bernie Leadon (guitar), Don Beck (dobro, mandolin), and David Jackson (bass).

A second album, Through the Morning, Through the Night, included guests Sneaky Pete Kleinow and Chris Hillman from the Flying Burrito Brothers.
