Carrie Hassler and Hard Rain have developed a unique sound, with strong vocals and a dynamic band. Several of the band members formerly played with the Avery Trace Band and all the members have a lengthy history in the bluegrass scene.

Carrie adds her pure and rich vocals to the unique band sound on their self-titled debut album which blends pure bluegrass, acoustic country, gospel and blues. Fans of Valerie Smith and Rhonda Vincent will not be disappointed.
