Bob Frank is in his sixties, and shared an apartment with a young John Hiatt and played shows with the likes of Townes Van Zandt. His self-titled album was released in 1972 to much critical acclaim, but was dropped from his label almost immediately. A songwriter ever since, his songs have been covered by Jim Dickinson, Chris LeDoux and Gary McMahon amongst others.
John Murry is younger, in his twenties, and is a Memphis singer-songwriter. Murry met Bob Frank through a mutual friend and in 2006 they released an album together of murder ballads, World Without End.
