 Blue Dogs Country Rock from Charleson South Carolina comes in the shape of the Blue Dogs. Bobby Houck and Hank Futch formed the Blue Dogs in the late eighties, but didn't record and release an album until 1996. Formed as a bluegrass/country/folk-rock trio, the band have developed into a rootsy Americana outfit, with rave critical reviews following their album releases.
