Bloodied But Unbowed is a 12 year DVD retrospective of cutting-edge alternative independent record label Bloodshot Records. The DVD features 31 videos and live performances, many of which have never been previously released, and they demonstrate the highs and lows of a label striving to maintain artistic integrity in a blatantly commercially-driven music business.

The artists featured are a veritable Who's Who of alt-country, including Ryan Adams, Old 97s, Alejandro Escovedo, Waco Brothers, Deadstring Brothers, Bobby Bare Jr, Graham Parker and Wayne Hancock.

As well as the performance and promo videos, there are a series of short documentaries that cover subjects as diverse as Ryan Adams on the road and Chicago honky tonk in the 50's and 60's The whole package weighs in at over 3 hours of material.
