Angela Easterling's country roots run very deep. The daughter of a baptist minister, she grew up surrounded by music in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in South Carolina.

Despite being brought up drenched in gospel music, it wasn't until Angela moved to Los Angeles to persue her musical career that she began to realise that her destiny was to be making authentic country music.

Angela Easterling has has embraced her heritage more than many of her peers, delving deep into the history of country music for her earthy, traditional sound. Without resorting to mountain music gimmicks, Angela has produced a debut album that is full of tradition, but has a fresh, new vibrancy about it.
