Louisiana born Amie Comeaux was a child prodigy, singing the national anthem in the Superdome at the age of only 9. At 16 Amie signed with Polydor in 1993 and a year later her debut album Moving Out was released.
A fine country singer with a special voice and talent, Amie was tragically killed in a road accident in 1997. Her memory lives on with some posthumous releases drawn from unfinished recordings made before her untimely death.
