For Chris Knight's second album, A Pretty Good Guy, he thankfully hasn't abandoned his famed less than 'Politically Correct.' songs. The subjects of the twelve in this collection range anywhere from shooting a man to how believing in the Lord is the best thing of all.

For those who haven't heard Knight, he's got the same rowdy, earthy, Saturday night sensibility that Jerry Jeff Walker blessed us with in the 1970s, the raucous rock & roll smarts of the Faces, the poetry of John Mellencamp all graced with the swampy blues mark of Tony Joe White.
