We're available at a time that suits you - no promises that we'll be at the end of a phone every minute of every day, but if we're not around just leave a message and your number and we'll definitely ring you back!
	Free Shipping If you live in the UK then every price you see in the store is the price you pay - we don't even add in a fuel surcharge or blame the government for adding taxes to your order. Plus, all of our orders are shipped First Class from the UK by Royal Mail, so for UK customers at least, there will be no Customs charges to pay, regardless how much the value of your order comes to.
	Our Price Promise We can't compete with every low price deal available on the Internet as we don't have the buying power of the big online outfits, and we don't have the offshore luxury of not including VAT in UK orders. Having said that, we'd much rather you shopped with us, so if you see a price tag in another store on a CD or DVD that is cheaper than ours (taking into account postage to the UK) then we'll do our best to match it.
	Fast Delivery Well, most of the time, anyway! We ship stock items within 24 hours of placing your order by First Class Royal Mail post. Unfortunately we can't always guarantee that every item in the store can be with you next day, as it is difficult to have copies of the more expensive or obscure titles always at hand, but we don't let parts of your orders sit around in a warehouse for days for no apparent reason - we split orders and send items out individually at no additional charge.

And what about the currency exchange rate? Leave us to take the strain on all that stuff - you can call us on our regular UK landline number (NOT a premium rate or non-geographic number) at a time that suits you. 	We stock the music YOU want ... ... NOT what record companies and big corporations feel we should all be listening to! Most of our stock in the store is there as a direct response to requests from our customers to get hold of music that has been reviewed or they have heard about but isn't readily available in the high street.
	We specialise in Americana only. Basically we are fans. We opened the store because no-one in the UK is regularly stocking the sort of music we enjoy, and we believe that great American and International music deserves to be heard over here. We'll stretch the boundaries of what is classed as Americana as far as they will go to make sure quality music is featured on our shelves, but we'll probably draw the line at requests for Robbie Williams, Sepultura or James Last CDs.
